* In the winter season, a gas consumption (heating) of up to 450 kWh (0.45 MWh) is included in the flat rate. Each additional kWh will be charged at €0.165 upon departure.

Tourist Tax
Adults €2.50 / day
Children €1.80 / day
Please pay the tourist tax directly at the tourist information in Harzgerode.

All bookings are made on request. A deposit of 25% of the accommodation costs is required within 1 week after the request. You will then receive the booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due no later than 2 weeks before departure.
Along with the remaining payment, a security deposit of €150.00 is also due. This will be refunded upon departure**.
Further contract information will be provided with the booking confirmation.

** The security deposit will be fully refunded if no significant damage to or within the rented property is found and documented on the day of departure. It is also possible to deduct heating costs incurred during the winter season from the deposit.
